Conditional citizenship

American citizens are granted certain rights under the Constitution and its amendments. The Constitution was written to define the limits of government power over citizens. Citizens’ rights are so inconvenient. If a government can’t take them away, what’s left but to take away citizenship altogether. This is the path we’re on.
